I saw it on the first post... Poor thing was terrified. I can’t believe no one was prepared to rescue it! Would never happen if a woman were on the sidelines!
In answer to your questions.. yes I came alone. I ‘know’ a few of them online ( like I know you all) but the people I have been seated with are just quiet...lovely but quiet. I have started chatting to the people on the next table now, and I went to dinner with them so it’s livened up a bit.
I’ve done 16 now. Really cracked on using kits I’d made up before I came away..it’s all in the preparation.
I’ve got an F for you...my spare Fluffy Face Flannel in my hotel bathroom.

They are all lovely Elaine, especially the last one, your DH is F for Fireman and F for Father too, I imagine that counts. Well done with the flannel, I never thought of that one and I've been F for folding them today.
The cat did look scared and each time it made its way to an exit someone moved and scared it - loved the police guard at the end.
Hubby and his friend met up with another friend from South Africa of all places and they all went to the match together. My beloved decided to use a bus with his travel pass and didn't know how to use it, then he hit a blank with the Costa coffee machine, too much technology for him, he didn't know he had to tap the screen, bless. Anyway, they had a great time despite losing which they expected, I told him the cat probably came on to give them a hand - am I cruel or what! Fortunately, he doesn't go into a bad mood if they lose which is just as well as he'd be in a permanent bad mood.
During the match they had to stand in the aisle because everyone in front kept standing up and they couldn't see a thing. The steward told them to go back to their seats but when they explained the problem he moved them to the 'Club Seats' right at the very front so they had a brilliant view. Then they went for a meal at a Greek Restaurant and had a few drinks and he was home by about 8.30pm. That's a big day out on the 'ale' for my hubby and what did he have to drink a pint of shandy and a diet coke!!! God love him, he could never become an alcoholic.
Morning all
