Standard Edition fixes and above

Folders that contain non-ASCII characters no longer duplicate
Restarting Studio after renaming a folder no longer keeps the original folder alongside the renamed folder
The 'Create library backup' window no longer flashes on top of the opened 'Select Folder' window
Fixed an issue which was, in some instances, causing Studio to crash on start-up
