I found a picture of the dog running in front of the rock Susie..of course she is much closer than the rock but you can get the gist of the size of it now. I’ll see if I can get one of them to sit in front of it when I’m next walking out there.

Those baubles are all just gorgeous Elaine. Lovely idea to have a special one made in honour of mum
That rock is quite big, maybe you need to get a picture of the dog closer for the short sighted oldies

Here’s another NEW - a pressie I received, a wide angle lens. Something else I haven’t had a proper play with yet .

Elaine I know what you mean, we get all these ‘must have’ gadgets and they just don’t get used !

    Cheeky, Alison
Your wise angle lens looks impressive. You must have a play with it, and
    let us see the results.

Elaine the baubles are lovely, I really like the snowflake.
That rock looks huge, even without the dog
Mind you I do have my reading glasses on

Here’s new . My DD subscribes to a monthly scrap site, and she gets sent stash.
She doesn’t often use stamps, ( not precise enough for her !)so gave them to me to
pass on. So if anyone wants any just give me a shout and let me know, then I will
send them. There’s also some Halloween bits and pieces, chipboard die cuts, stamps and journaling cards.

Afternoon everyone, sorry I've been AWOL for a few days. Been quite busy. NYE party was really good, but surprised there weren't more people there, but Mabel enjoyed it too. Went out NYDay and ordered a new sofa, which will be delivered in about 8 weeks and he's going to take my old one away. Yesterday I went and had my hair cut and coloured and last night went to the theatre with my friend Sheila. Tomorrow afternoon I've got a card class, which I go to once every 2 weeks. I took my tree and trimmings down this morning as Yvonne & Doug came over and he put them all away for me.
I saw a gorgeous ring online a couple of days ago, and really fell in love with it, so ordered it and it came today, so here's a photo of the ring and a pair of earrings, which both fit the "new" prompt.

The are beautiful Sheila, really gorgeous.

Is your rock 40 feet across Elaine because it looks as though it is huge width ways? I do find rocks so interesting. I used to go fishing off Red Rocks and I'll find a photo and you'll see why they are called that.

Formed in the Triassic period - here you are...

That's Hilbre Island and Little Hilbre in the background and beyond that Wales. Mind you, that's only a small portion of Red Rocks.

Wow, imagine the photo's you'll get with your new lens Alison, great present.

Does your DD not use a stamping platform Ellie or does she prefer printing her sentiments or what? Nice treat for you though.

I must go back and check out the baubles, you had a beautiful one for your mum as I recall Elaine, where did you get that from, it made me want to cry it's so beautiful.

I need a close up of your rock Elaine it looks intriguing, what is in the gap underneath?

Wow those rocks are amazing! They certainly are red!
The gap underneath them is a sort of cave. It doesn’t go back far though..it’s a lot wider then high I think. I only guesstimated..I didn’t get my ruler out ...
I’ll try to get more photos of it. You’ve seen them before but they have been cleared this week so we get a good look at them now.

That is a brilliant place for kids isn't it Elaine. We would have had a den round there when we were young, not as safe for kids these days though, sad isn't it. Get the ruler out Elaine!

We've just got in from doctors and then shopping and boy is it cold now. I've just put the thermals on the radiators and was saying to hubby what a wonderful invention central heating is. I need to get our fire serviced it just isn't burning correctly. I bet you're making good use of your wood burner now.

Mary hasn't been on here I don't think, has she been on any other threads, hope she's okay.

I don’t think she has been on any others today. I hope she is ok, because she
has been feeling tired of late. Perhaps she is resting today,
