Silhouette keeps crashing?

I took my Robo out of the cupboard after a long time to do a couple of Celtic Knot designs. However, it seems Studio is on a go slow, it takes a while to load up and when I try to do something with it, it freezes and may, or may not continue working after a short while, meanwhile at the top of the page I see, Studio is not responding........

Now either my copy of Studio is way out of date, or something is wrong with it.......it's on a go-slow all the time and it's not my PC, it's only Silhouette Studio (Free edition) which this happens to, any ideas please? It's most frustrating

It might be worth updating if your version of Studio is old to see if that helps. The most stable version is now 4.1.479 you can download it here https://www.silhouetteamerica.com/software

Thank you Doreen, my version was 3.6 something or other, I've now downloaded the latest stable version.....coo, different isn't it? I was very familier with the old one, looks like I'll have to start learning all over again...ah well, that's progress.........so they say
