Can you post a screen shot and say what commands you have tried. I'm not as clever as a lot of crafters on this site, but I'll help if I can.

    Hi Jennie,
I don't know how to do a screenshot sorry, but I am in designer edition of Studio, and I have tried nearly all of the commands compound path select all, (first) release compound path and all of the others that are not greyed out. Not much help to you but, thanks for replying anyway.

Are you using Windows or a Mac Pat, then perhaps we can tell you how to take a screen shot, also is the file from the Silhouette Store ?

Hi, Shirly anne, Thank you and all repliers for trying to help me. However., I have now managed to solve this myself, it was simple really, but me being like a dog with a bone, would not let it lie.So all well now. The screen shot problem was the snipping tool. it would not let me grab the list!
Anyway I have managed to cut out the design successfully now thank goodness.
    regards Pat
