    ha ha Have you seen it ?

    Have you all seen that new 3D printer that silhouette has just launched? How exciting! I wouldn’t mind having one of those if I had the spare cash

    I saw it being mentioned and I've see John Bloodworth's make's on his blog it's not the Sil one but I guess they work the same but it's not for me can't see that I would use it

    I think you have to read between the lines a bit, I had an email to say it was here and orders would be sent out very soon, and then a couple of days later I had another one saying the price had dropped by £50. It is a nice toy, but I am not sure if the domestic market is the right place for it yet. I guess Sil is hoping that the Christmas market will see a lot of sales. A very serious crafter could probably justify it but I certainly can't... maybe a craft club could make good use of such an item.

    I bet the cartridges or what ever is used will be very expensive. You only got to look at the price for ink for normal printers to see what ever is used will most likely be double what the ink is

    It's not like the usual printers it uses filament sticks. Youtube has some videos
