Hope you don't mind me sharing this on here, I know it doesn't match the prompts, but I am rather pleased that I've finished it

I can do, I can't wear everything I make myself, so yes. My plan is to have my own website and facebook page to do bespoke jewelry and cards, but if people like what I've already made then yes I can sell them

Well, if she doesn't she should, just gorgeous. Such a pretty shade of blue.

Glad to hear you're feeling a bit better Mary.

Talk about it never rains but it pours Elaine. It's amazing what you can cope with when you have to. I remember having the kitchen, then bathroom ripped out whilst we were caring for mum and dad and of course three of our elderly neighbours. Now, when I look back on it I wonder if we were completely insane to put ourselves through it. I simply couldn't do it now but at the time you just muddle through and you will too Elaine. I think the main problem is, whilst you are looking in one direction thinking about what might happen next, something comes out of left field, such as hubby's hand injury. Have they said how long it might take to heal?

Hi everyone. Back from Mums. Defrosted the freezer with plenty of hot water and a hammer! Lol. Appliance man came and fixed it and it was a simple repair and he just charged us £40. What a star!
Susie You asked how long it would take DH to recover from his hand and when I got back from Mumís he was getting on with the kitchen and so I guess it took about three hours!!!!!!!! Grr! Hey ho at least heís feeling better. Heís got the hob in and sorted a plumber to come on Weds to do the sink after all.
This will make you laugh too Susie. I have an ASBO dog too! I broke off a piece of Toblerone and put it on the coffee table to have with my coffee and then realised Iíd left my coffee on the side so I went back to get It to discover (when I returned) that one of my dogs had pinched it off the side table!!! (Not something they would ever do normally) I shouted so quickly but he actually dropped it and spat it out on the floor Well & truly caught! He was really told off and he hates being told off so I donít think heíll be doing that in a hurry again. Lol

Ours would have gulped that chocolate down in one piece and wouldn't have had the decency to look ashamed. It is that momentary lapse though isn't it. Even though I know the old boy ate a whole fruit loaf without any problems to his health, I am still terrified of him eating a grape or raisin. Crazy because all our dogs have had grapes and never had a problem.

There you go, you sorted the freezer, let's hope hubby doesn't injure his hand further by being brave/stupid, take your pick. Personally, I would call him thick but only after he'd bravely done the job required, bless him.

So you've dealt with one's day's catastrophes, what have you got lined up for tomorrow Elaine? I think it isn't that any one thing is so catastrophic in itself, it is when they all come together that it all seems too much, but you've got there and even managed to have coffee and Toblerone - just. Well done.

    oh Lord..I hope nothing!
We are tasked with taking one of our elderly neighbours dogs for a walk tomorrow afternoo. Sadly his wife died last week (she'd been in a home for the last year with Alzheimer's) and his family want to take him out to a BBQ and he wouldn't initially go because of his dog..so we've stepped in. I do hope it goes well..I can't do with another drama!

It will be fine and enjoy your walk. That's so kind of you to take the dog and your neighbour can spend time with the family without worrying about his dog.
