Like it Denise. Very clever thinking. It’s a beautiful sundial.
I’ve got a brass sundial mounted on an old chimney pot.
I think you can just see it in one of the photos. It’s not as pretty as yours though

Yes pots do take a lot of watering. DH is out there now doing it.
But I think it’s worth it to see all the bright flowers.

Susie, are you referring to Mr Pastry

Yes, I am Ellie how did you know!

That is a lovely sundial Denise and a gorgeous photo of it too. Well done on thinking of capturing that moment.

    Morning all.
I never use my phone for this Denise. I can’t bebothered with
predictive text, it always changes words where you don’t want them.
    I’d rather use my iPad.

If you don’t feel well Mary, do what you thinks right.
I would go back to the Docs and see I& there is an alternative.
If it’s the same medication that DH had for Sciatica I understand
how you feel. They turned him into a zombie. stopped some of the pain, but
he couldn’t function properly. He stopped taking them.

Susie when you sorted out your Sisters computer did she update the windows 10 recently and that was what caused it to crash, because mine keeps telling me that there are important updates that are bigger than usual and I'm worried if I let it update I won't be able to use it at all

Microsoft have been changing the Windows 10 operating system by sending out large updates. My sister's pc had slowed to a crawl and she couldn't stand to use it which was awful because we'd only bought it for her as a 60th birthday present last May and by Christmas she'd given up. Hers had got to a point where she couldn't open anything. Also, it blocked other Windows updates and stopped McAfee from working too.

Microsoft should have given a proper warning about this, we only found out when I went back to the shop and asked why what was supposed to be a high spec pc was so rubbish.

When the update message came up I connected the pc to the router with an ethernet cable so there could be no drop out of wi-fi. If it drops out it can mess up the download completely. Then I clicked on the message to download and left it to it. It took ages but once it was all up and running it is amazingly fast and now she's a happy bunny. It isn't complicated just use the ethernet cable.

I left a message on here or thought I had about your beautiful sundial Denise and to say yes of course it is Mr. Pastry I am talking about. Also mentioned that Elaine was right these are such ASBO dogs. Today hubby found old boy licking my gardening shoe. It had a crushed strawberry stuck to it.

Is it the new tablets Duloxetine was it or something like that Mary that caused the problems? No good if they are causing such horrible side effects. As Ellie said it is back to the doctors and find something more suitable, you don't want to replace one problem with another. Did you get the gel? It may not be the complete answer but if it helps you may be able to try a gentler medication.
