Thanks Karen. I'll probably re-do that LO in colours I actually like. Trouble is the orange and yellow went so well with the photo's, maybe that's something I can challenge myself with.

That is a great LO Mary and its one piece of stash gone that you may never have used. I meant to say in the comment, I love your title too.

Well this is hot of the press, we went to an amazing place today, I took lots of pictures and I have used a few of them to do this double page spread.
I will try and get both layouts in the gallery so you can see them more clearly but wanted to show what the whole looked like.
I used one unusual element, which was the map of the place we visited over both spreads. I used lots of photos and did journaling that covered them all.
Should you want to follow in the order I did you need to do the whole of the left page then top to bottom of the right page and you will have the story of my journey.
Only claiming 20 points as I do not really have a colour I dislike.

I wrote something here earlier and it has disappeared, I could have sworn I posted it. It was to say how much I love your double page LO and if it were up to me I'd give you the extra points just for making two pages. Must check to see if the comments I left for you in the gallery Claire have been posted.

I so enjoyed this challenge, thanks for setting it. It so reminded me of the "scrapbooking" I did thirty years ago. Do you remember those scrapbooks ring bound with the grey sugar paper pages.
We put our wedding cards and some of our wedding photos and all the memorabilia from our honeymoon in there, just writing straight onto the page.

I'm so glad you've enjoyed this Claire and talking about the books, that's a real blast from the past. I love it when memories such as these are revived. When I was sorting my car insurance etc... yesterday I said to one young man on the phone "Well, why keep a dog and bark yourself?" Well, he loved that expression, one my husband often says to me I might add so I told him to try it out on his wife and see what response he got from her. I did warn him not to do when she had a frying pan in her hand.

Here’s mine. Not sure if I’ve got all the right elements there, but at least I’ve got 3 photos.

Oh and what wonderful photo's they are Ellie, they're all stunning but I love that one on the right. You've definitely met all the prompts as far as I'm concerned. I just went to leave a comment in the gallery but can't see your LO so... it is a gorgeous LO, love those photo's and the journaling and that destination ticket is so clever.

Thank you Susie. I tried to put it in the gallery, but it kept saying it was too big.
I don’t know how to make it smaller. I reduced it to 1inch x 1 inch, but it was
    still too big !

The good thing about seeing it on here is that it is lovely and clear and we can see the photo's well and read every word of journaling. Mind you, it could be just me who struggles with reading the journaling, I can't even read my own on my LO, good job I know what it says.

See if you can find something that mentions the file size Ellie, how many Mbs. then it needs to be reduced to no more than 250 Kbs.

Denise you should know me well enough by now to know I have a wicked streak. As I said, I found it tricky and I set the challenge. I've actually thought of another challenge now that I don't think has been done yet too. Anyway, I have every confidence in you, you'll sort it.
