    Why!

Why when I post a comment on a gallery LO, does it keep saying
“ you have not filled in the comments or rating field”. When clearly I have
tried to leave a comment ?

I have the same issue sometimes Ellie, thought it was me
I’d love to know the solution. I don’t know why it happens sometimes and not others

Intermittent problems are the hardest to track down. It is always helpful to know what browsers you are using as that is the most common reason something goes awry for some people and not others

I will see what I can find out.

If it helps to know this, I use Safari on my iMac but don't have this problem. I usually get the 'invalid attachment' haven't a clue why, I am doing the same thing every time.It hasn't happened to me for a while but it happened to Denise recently. I put it down to Gremlins.

I read somewhere else about an update to Safari that affected some older website software it might be that. I don't know if there's an option to 'roll back' your browser to an earlier version so long as it's safe to use. That's why I refuse to use Apple products they lock you into using software and it doesn't always work and they'll always say it's the fault of the third party.

Well that does sound like Safari is to blame as all of you with the problem are using it! Unfortunately that also means there isn’t much we can do to sort it out. As long as it let’s you comment eventually I guess that will have to do. Sorry
