Yesterday i was wanting to use a heart from my cloud account but it would not open. I tried everything but it still won't open. I am not sure if it's the only one that won't open or if there are more like it as i don't have time to go through them all. I never had that problem before.

This is all i kept getting and i had to keep closing the programme.
