sad Help please, cameo not gripping mat

can anyone give advice please? The cameo takes in the mat and card fine then the right side seems not to grip so mat goes wonky.I have adjusted the roller on right side to A4 size although mat is 12 by 12.. Makes no difference. I've also tried new mat.
This has happenned at worse time as I am just starting to cut a large amount of wedding stationery.

When you adjusted the roller did you loosen the white tab on the right hand side where the roller is (see pic)? The narrow part will now be facing forward so you need to bring it back to the upright position so that it will grip. HTH

    Thanks for answering Andi.
I've just sorted it, after trying all day.
I hadn't put the mat over to the left enough, so left roller was running offf edge. I was concentrating on the right side as that's where i thought problem was coming from.
