Can anybody offer some advice please?

Hi all. I have a Craft Robo - grey lid type. I have had it for years and it has done all that I have asked of it (well mostly!)
I have not used it for a few months and today it will not work - no power I think. It is possibly the power supply cable - the transformer was getting very hot and I had taken to unplugging it when I was not using it - just in case. I must have forgotten the last time so I'm wondering if it is now "blown"? Will the power supple cable for the Silhouette fit this old machine please? I do hope so.

The chances are it would be the power supply rather than the machine itself. The Silhouette power supply will work fine on the CraftROBO machines, they are all the same voltage, +24v.

Thank you Brian - you are always a help. Will the connection at the machine end be the same then - I could not tell from the picture on your website.
BTW - my Robo is a C200. (Well, I did say it was an old one!)

Yes, the connection will be the same. I use the same power supply with all CraftROBO and Silhouette cutters so you'll be fine.

The only Silhouette product that has a different power supply is the Mint. Everything else uses the same +24v supply.
