Back from town (obviously) and almost had a NEW photo. We were at the lights and there seemed to be lots of trees strung with lights and it looked so pretty. Just as I got the camera out to take the photo stupid lights changed and that was that.

I managed to get my yarn problem sorted oh and since I was in Abakhan I bought a couple of new stamps which I will take a photo of later. Off to warm up now, it is chilly out there.

Oh one more thing, hubby surpassed himself today. When we go out we leave the boys in the hall with the carpet covered literally in Kylie sheets and towels, just in case our poorly boy is sick. I walked through the front door to find that hubby had left one of the living room doors open, so they probably spent their time in there instead. There was a time when we first got them that the young boy was so insecure he would have destroyed a cushion from sucking it, even if we were upstairs. Now he doesn't do anything, he is so good and he wasn't sick today either so we think it may be the fish and are keeping him off it, just chicken and rice for now.

Glad youre boys not been sick today. Do the dogs actually eat the rice? When I tried to feed Jenny (she was here before Bonnie & Darcy) rice with fish or chicken no matter what I did shed eat the fish/chicken and leave the rice even if id blitzed them together goodness knows how she managed it but she did.

I expected to see a video of Elaine too Mary, I think we all did but what I saw cracked me up, so funny. Not so much the poor animal exercising as the fact that I thought it was going to be Elaine. I think it's back to the ball pit with you Elaine and get a real video this time, I'm sure Miss A won't mind.

I think Sandra, if it is human food they will eat anything. These boys aren't fussy at all, if it can be eaten, it will be eaten - and sometimes even when it shouldn't be eaten, it will be eaten.

I didn't get that magazine but I did promise a photo of my new stamps. I've just tried them out and they are great, so a day in tomorrow and hopefully I'll get some photo's taken.

Going back to the boys, I think the fact they almost vacuum their food up helps getting rice in and it's when our boy looks at his food and licks it and then walks away looking sad that we really worry. I've just found them both in my craft room licking the box that the panettone was in, now they'd eat that box glitter and all only to find it had inks inside it now.

Lol..glad I gave you all a laugh.. I can assure you there is no documentary evidence of me rolling around in the ball pit! (I sort of wish there was though as I laughed (and consequently coughed) so much!)
One of my dogs literally hoovers up anything and everything. They all eat whatever we put in front of them but, I'm glad to say, they don't steal anything! Lol
Ellie and Alsion..I made another 2 LO's with Open Road

No cats do not eat vegetables though I had a friend who had a Burmese who loved raw mushrooms but then Burmese aren't real cats are they oops I'll get into trouble for saying that.
my cats are very fussy and will never eat everything that is in their dish always have to leave the odd bits.

Sounds like a wonderful trip Sheila, we will look forward to seeing your photo's when you get back.

Ellie, how is your s-i-l now, any improvement?

I had forgotten about the snap one Denise so will need reminding and this will all have to be written down somewhere for me. I'll pop it onto my calendar on my Mac.

Elaine I will check out your LO's next, they look fab just from here.

Mary, you've just triggered a vague memory about one of our cats eating veg, but which one was it and what did they eat!!! I'll have to ask hubby but I've sent him off on messages. Honestly, it is fraught with danger. Last time I sent him to the bank he managed (with the teller's assistance to pay my £50 cheque into my neighbour's account and her £4.94 cheque into my account. They don't check names and the system is supposed to do it but doesn't, how bad is that. When I rang the bank they said I had to go in to get it sorted and the next day I went in and they said there was nothing they could do. So much for the age of technology.

My old boy was sick last night and I'm not talking about hubby. So back to the vets on Thursday but I'm not sure which dog to take now.

These are the stamps I found instead Ellie. I wanted large sentiment stamps to go with my precision press. So a photo of my NEW stamps and then a photo of one I tried on the front of that blue design I used for the card thread. I thought it stamped rather well and I think your idea of less ink and stamping twice is the best way to go Ellie. Would you believe the ink is navy and not black, I need a paler blue ink for this really.

Quite good considering it was almost 2am when I was doing this. That's because I was keeping an eye on the old boy who'd not long been sick.
