Beat the Christmas Rush - a challenge!

    header.JPG

If you are anything like me, you were still trying to make cards the week before Christmas!
Join in Beat the Christmas Rush and your preparation for the Festive Season 2018 will be a breeze!

Each month we are challenging you to make five Christmas cards ready to share with us at UK Scrappers on or around the 25th - that's 50 cards done and dusted by October 25th!!!

If you miss a month, or two, it doesn't matter, just join in again when you are ready

You can claim 30 bonus points each month when you upload your five cards to the CARDS gallery and leave a link in the appropriate thread during the week in which the 25th of the month falls.

Your five cards can be all the same, all different, or a mixture and as simple or as elaborate as you wish.

The January thread will open from Sunday January 21st- Sunday January 28th.

Please feel free to chat and ask questions in this thread.

Oh thanks Sue, just what I need.
I started this in 2017 but only managed January !! The bonus points will be an extra incentive to get them done

I might try this although I doubt I will need 50, I only did about 20 this year, if I can think of some fun simple ones I could do the ones for Robbie's friends too, he usually just buys a pack of the mini cards.

I am definitely up for this! By the sounds of it I wasn't the only one panicking in December to get cards done and I really didn't feel well for a lot of the time either so determined not to be like that this Christmas

Count me in too Sue, I leave it to the last minute every single year!!! Then end up putting something together in a rush that I don't be overly happy with, just to get it out of the way....

Well you did say as simple as you like so I took that to mean my homemade(rather than the handmade cards others make) would be ok. On you tube someone said hunkydory cards were a bit like paint by numbers for new card makers and as I had some sets from about three years ago I decided to have a go.
Does each card have to be loaded separately or will a collage of the 5 do. I know they need to be loaded next week but thought I would check first.
