Yes Denise, one has lots of sparkle but looks blue, the other is the correct colour but little sparkle. Between the two you can get the picture.

Lovely cards Susie and Denise. You’ve given me some ideas, I think I received those sentiments too, and I have loads of snowflake dies and stamps - will search them out very soon, I need to get a move on with my cards, they need posting !!

Thanks Alison. I'm afraid the bulk of mine will be shop bought, I don't have the time to make any now apart from immediate family. I've just posted a birthday card for one friend, no photo, but I've just finished another card for a teen so will post on I've made this, although the silver sparkle looks sort of grey so I may post it here.

That's a lovely card Denise, I haven't used that sentiment die myself, must see if I can and glad you could make use of it. I think it is a TL die but I didn't buy it so maybe not, I'll double check for you and let you know.

I sent the birthday card having taken photo's for here and when I checked them they are quite blurry. Anyway, today is her birthday so I'll post it on here as the silver has a greyish look to it. If I can cheat, I will cheat! Thirteen year olds are so grown up now aren't they, I was still wearing long knee high white socks until I was 15!

Lovely card Susie. The flowers down the side just sets it off
Love the butterfly. A very pretty girl.
You are right about growing up quickly. Not sure it’s a good thing sometimes either!!

Wow, they both look very grown up ! My DD looked much older than all the other girls when she was 11/12, she developed early and was tall and shapely, when her friends all still looked like little girls - they caught up with her in a few years !
Lovely card Susie, those flowers down the side are very pretty.
