Been reading a few things about this mainly bemoaning that it's not free if you don't have a subscription, apparently it's about $19

When I have managed to download it and had a look I will let people know whether it is worth the money in my opinion. At that price it will need to be comprehensive!

Yes I think it is a bit rude charging people for it. Most things that you buy come with that kind of thing, not get charged for at a later date.
