I downloaded an image from the HJ last night, I've just checked the properties and it's only 96dpi so maybe if all their images are that size and then resized that's what's causing the streaks.

Thats interesting but im talking about sticker sheets that printed fine one day, and bad the next?? i cant get my head round this at all so im really worried its going to happen to more and more of my work.
I have my printers on high quality all the time, its more like some kind of glitch. i even tried deleting the files, downloading again and using fresh ones, but they still came up.
Ive run out of ideas

If they printed fine before then it's a real mystery ..... can only suggest you contact Graphtec on Tuesday to see if they can offer any suggestions

The images have printed off kilter - wonky. It appears your printer traction is off - having trouble feeding the slippery bottom through its feeders.
Do you get the same result when you print normal paper? I did not see any registration marks.
It does not make sense to me that the Cameo could be able to cut this wonky printing. I blame it on the printer. I am sure someone will set me right if a different issue.
I hope you keep us posted.

Hi Petrina,
I dont think it is wonky, I have held a laser printed and an ink jet printed version together up to the light and they both looked straight to me, the bottom of the sticker paper I buy is not slippery, I often have trouble seeing which side is the right side and only know because it has a frame cut all the way around it for easy peeling. You can not see the registration marks as they are on the waste which I have removed so you can see how they have cut...... that's an interesting theory though so when I get home I will double check for wonkiness!

I have made a little bit of progress thanks to Shirley, So far large images downloaded from hungry jpeg have not shown up the annoying lines when resized in another program, unfortunately I have been unable to resize without loosing quality, I either get jagged edges or it generally looks fuzzy. Does anyone have any suggestions for resizing? preferably one where I can keep the transparency? I really appreciate all the help I have had and am glad to be getting somewhere at last!
of course there is still the cutting issue. I measured the print last night and it is printing perfectly straight so that is not the problem.
