I almost do what is in the picture, Doreen, but I take the coloured cap off and stuff round the refill with blue tack to hold it steady. Seems to work fine for me.

No, not the big picture. The one of the empty silhouette pen. Sorry I should have made it clear which one. I'm still calling it General Anaesthetic brain hahahaha
