10am Challenge - Poetically speaking hosted by Scrapdolly

Good morning everyone and I hope you are already having fun and are geared up for a day .... or a week ... of creativity.

I bring you a poetic challenge this morning. I love poetry - always have - and actually created a whole album of pages using my favourite poems. I also find that sometimes, when scrapping a photo I love, a little bit of verse can add an extra depth to the page - either my own or a verse by someone else.

My challenge for you is to scrap anything you want to on any topic in any style in any way BUT you must use a poem of some description on the page. It could be a verse you have written yourself, a verse or two (or the whole thing) from a poem you love or that adds to the picture you are scrapping. You might want to use these sites to help you with a poem search if you don't already have one in mind or don't want to make up your own.

Remember to keep this thread for questions and comments about this challenge and to share links to your creations once you have uploaded them to the NSD gallery. All creations should be uploaded by midnight on Sunday 14th May 2017

There are a couple of examples attached here to give you an idea of what you can do with a poem - or two

Enjoy the challenge - I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Super challenge, Karen. I wrote a Haiku to go with a lovely nature photo that has been waiting to be scrapped for a while.

    Heres mine

I used a embossing folder for the kraftcard that the poem is mounted on.

This was the answer to a LO I'd started a while ago but knew it needed something more! Thanks Karen for this challenge.
