My eldest granddaughter has just got engaged and this is the card I have designed for her. I used an 8 inch card blank and cut approx 2.75 inches from the front edge so that I could put the congratulations border on the inside of the card. I cut the mats in centura pearl and backed it with some palest mauve linen card I had in my stash. The topmost heart is also cut in the linen card and I was pleased that the penwork came out well despite the texture of the card. Finished the whole thing off with some beads and I am pleased with the way it looks.
