    Pink ATG Gun & tape

My Gun is old - think i bought it around 2011.

I bought some of the 3M tape to use about a couple of years ago.

A friend always puts the new roll on for me but after a couple of uses with it, the tape seems to get twisted and refuses to glue anything.

Has anyone else had any problems with it?

I attempted to use it on Sunday, and my friend cleared the glue and paper and when she attempted to reload the roll, it was upside down - so the sticky glue was on the inside and not the outside of the tape. I really cannot afford to just throw the tape away. It was suggested I got in touch with 3M as I now have 2 rolls hardly used but upside down and 4 new rolls which I am sloth to use in case the same thing happens again.

Am wondering whether my Pink Gun has died in a sense that it refuses to roll.

    Any thoughts?

Try squeezing the tape to transfer the tape from the wrong to right side. Ive had ATG tapes that have been like that and found a you tube tutorial that showed to squeeze the tape. worked for me so worth a try.

Heres a link its not the one that I used but I seem to have lost that one

If you decide to throw away the ATG at some point don't replace it with another. Use the EZ Grand Runner tape instead. It's a cartridge refill..so much easier and lighter to use and far less cumbersome than the ATG. I had a pink ATG and I had a lot of issues with the tapes too. It was such a pain! Now all I do is unclick the lift up lid and click in a new one..it lasts ages and ages too. I'm so impressed with it.
I took it to a recent retreat and so many people tried it and said how much they preferred it that Creative Online, who was running a shop at the retreat, said she was going to start stocking them now. (I haven't checked to see if she has though)
There are You Tube videos on it so you can see just how easy it is.
It may be a special treat for a birthday or similar..but I'm a huge advocate for it.
