    March Blog Bits and Blog-a-thon

Blog Bits return this month after a bit of a break while we had fun with the Winter Snap! Challenge, so we'll kick off with a few of the Snap! layouts. First up we have furrypig's page using multiple challenge snaps and beautiful muted colours; MaggieB has shared a super blog post with her photos and the story behind her page featuring 'a hand addressed letter' is very special. You really won't be disappointed by a visit to ScribbleMonster's blog; her blog posts are rare and well-worth waiting for! Scrapdolly has made three super pages including the Snap! sketch layout.

Moving away from the Snap! challenge, please join me in welcoming back wendy house to the wonderful world of scrapbooking - her (re)debut is one stunning page! Check out littlechubblies' blog if you're looking for a sketch and also if you've been pondering using the PL app you'll find lots of examples. Happily CoventryAnn now has a repaired laptop and is back in the world of blogging; hers is a good blog to browse if you are playing catch up with your Christmas scrapping. You have to see what efemera has done with some upcycled embroidery hoops and old doileys - so lovely! Don't forget there are some great swaps going on here on UKS and if you need convincing to join in take a look at these lovely tags by soojay and lemonblossom. I like to scroll back through blogs (usually when I am task avoiding it has to be said)and doing just that I came across two stunning mixed-media canvases by elainevking. ScrapHappyNiki loves her boys and I love her page - great use of colour, embellishments and white space!

To finish, a few blogged cards, I really like the simplicity of this daisy stem birthday card by here be dragons where she has used the technique of colouring stamps with water based markers. While you are there scroll down to the previous post to see a very pretty screen card. And to finish with flourish, some beautiful Mothers' Day cards by susibee.

I have checked all the links but they do sometimes have a wobble when I copy them across to General Scrapping. Please PM me if you spot a broken link

Don't forget to claim your 20 bonus points if you make anything inspired by this month's Blog Bits.
