That is just lovely Elaine. Isn't it handy to have all those little toppers in just when you need them. I love the little stitched squares. I don't think it is cheating to use toppers, after all, everything starts out being made by someone, whether it is a background paper design or an embellishment. It was you who decided on the design of your card and it's so cute.

    I like this card Elaine.
Love the little stitched squares, and that jaunty boat is fabulous.
Just right for a baby boy.

I can see a card coming on then Wendy

Alison, the background was already printed on a piece of card,
left over from something else, so I stamped the foreground, and just
put a touch of colour in the background.
I think it makes it look a bit 3D.

It does Ellie, it gives it depth, aren't you clever, it's a lovely card. Still nothing from me.

I wouldn't bank on it. I have just finished the wedding cards, just inserts to do now and boxes to make up.

Does anyone know of any good sites for wedding verses? This is from mum to son and daughter-in-law. Nothing overly mushy or too religious because they're having a civil ceremony for religious reasons.

I think I've been on that one, I've been on sooooo many, I've lost count now. Thanks anyway Ellie. I've found one which is nice although not exactly from mum to son etc... I'll post it, see what you think. No, I won't because it doesn't want to be copied and pasted.

I'm sure it will be fine...
Do you make your own inserts or do you buy them?
