They are all absolutely beautiful Elaine but like Ellie, I love those three bottom ones with the fir cones. How did you do them, are they a stamp or what?

They're lovely, they have a beautiful clean, simple but elegant look to them.

    Yes I agree Susie.
As I've said before Elaine ,your cards are always so professional looking.

I have been making some with a new Christmas stamp I bought,
Will post them when I have finished.

    I finished these today.
The light isn't very good, so photos are so---so!
The new stamp is the snow scene, but you can't see most
of the sparkle. There's green and red on the holly leaves,
and silver sparkle on the roofs.
The second one is a lot lighter in real life
    Ellie.

I have lightened it on the iPad and it's more like the real thing.
    Still a bit dark though.

They're gorgeous Ellie and I see you have the X-Cut working just fine. It can be really tricky taking the photo's as the light changes can't it.

I have been out again today and simply can't find the time to get on with all the cards I need to make. Going to have a little play now and see what I can do.

    Same stamp, slightly different arrangement.
You still cannot see the sparkle on it in the photo!!!!

It's a lovely card Ellie and we'll have to use our imagination with the sparkle, shouldn't be too difficult! It looks as though you have sparkle in your holly, is that right?

yes Susie there is green and red sparkle on the holly.

    tops and fields.
    It looks really lovely, honest

Okay, so I've made a card which sort of fits the prompts as it has embossing, not quite geometric but a little bit like, it also has gems. Now here's the thing, I want some honest opinions. I had to trim the base card down to fit the die at the top and I thought I'd cut it really evenly until I came to putting all the pearls on. It was then I noticed the right side has a tiny bit extra where I could put a few more pearls on it but I'm not sure if it will look worse with the pearls added than without.

Hubby says leave it alone and I'm sort of inclined to agree but not sure, so if you were me would it be add the pearls or not?
