Oh I'm so glad you thought it was a cake too Ellie.

Here's one from me, florals, not watercolours but chalked instead but I am hoping to go the watercolour route this month. I never thought about putting a butterfly on which is strange 'cos they go on most of my cards.

I agree with Elaine, Susie the chalking is so neat.
Like the bow, mine always looks rubbish
I'm going to try to do a card today, if I get time.

Thanks so much ladies and here's a little secret Ellie, I did that simple bow because I thought it went with the card and because it was easy but… the scissors were not terribly sharp and it was getter shorter by the minute!

Ellie, that is a beautiful card and you've managed to include so many prompts, it's amazing but they all just work. As the card says it's enchanting.

    that's me too. Thanks Susie.
Forgot to say, I stamped the fairy onto card and cut it out.
It's a bit raised off the card, but you can't see it on the photo.
Oh and you can't see the glitter on her wings

It's a very pretty card regardless that we can't see all the detail anyway Ellie. Stunning!

Elaine, your easel card is just gorgeous, I especially love the cut-out detail on the bottom.

Susie, really love the touch of colour from chalking those embossed flower accents. Very pretty!

Ellie, you have really captured the feel of the image with the inked outlines - really nice and great take on the winged creatures!

Feel a bit of a fraud here with so many gorgeous cards already posted, but this is my attempt at the "general" card ... and this month's Christmas one ....

They are both lovely Frances, I especially like the Christmas one - funny how we will all have a different favourite

As Elaine has rightly said, you're not a fraud at all and I love to incorporate digital images into my cards, if that is what you meant. Originally all my cards were made on the computer and printed off, then I went over more to 'hand-made' and now it can be a bit of a mix. I especially love printing off my own papers and there are some amazing digital elements out there, but sadly a lot of the cd's and DVD Roms I like are not compatible with a Mac which is what I have, I would love to know why this is though. Where do you get your digi elements from Frances?
