Silhouette Sutdio needs to close
Hello,
Thought it was a one off but lately every time I use the software, once I've chosen my design it comes up saying...
An unexpected error is causing Silhouette Studio to close down!!
Is it just me or is anyone else having the same problem and any suggestions for how to fix it please? I'm using the 3.6.57ss on Windows 10
Thank you in advance
Pat

It seems to be a known problem for some people using W10. Someone contacted SA and this is their reply Go to Settings/Devices/Mouse & touchpad/ Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them. Turn it to off.

Slave to Robbie Robo!
Funny you should mention this Pat, I have had the same problem a few times this week, but today it has been behaving with no problems at all. I am running an up to date designer edition and Windows 10. Thanks for the suggestion Doreen, if I get any more trouble I will give it a go.

I've had this problem ever since I upgraded to version 3. The advice from silhouette doesn't work for me.I just close program and start again.

I am getting this same problem today.
I just purchased a nice scalloped heart from the store but i can't open it the programme just keeps telling me it needs to close.
I tried turning off the mouse scroll thing but it did not work. Seem to have so many issues lately.
I was going to make a nice mothers day card for my mum think those plans are ruined now as i really can't be bothered to spend hours trying to work out what is wrong.
Looks like i will have to think of something else not involving the machine lol
