Arrow 2015 Card Challenge - May

Hope you all had a lovely BH weekend, I didn't manage to start the thread here before I went away, but here's this month's new set of prompts.

As always the info about this challenge can be found here in the January post.

Looking forward to seeing what projects are inspired by this set of prompts!

I've posted some initial ideas for the prompts here on my blog.

Thanks Nat. The picture inspiration is perfect for me. My DS is getting married at the end of the month, and their wedding will be a vintage kind of style, I'm working on a box card for them...

Pretty... Love these. Co-incidentally I am working on a vintage style exploding box card for DILs birthday next week.

Not managed to make my card yet, but here's the prototype for wedding cake design for my DS and DIL to be - two weeks to the big day !!! The icing was a disaster so I had to cover it up as much as possible...
DH thinks the lace round cake is upside down, will try it the other way up too and see which looks best !

    that cake is Amazing Alison.
Think the lace is correct, because you have two straight edges together.
But either way it will look stunning. Well done.

Do it spot a silhouette cut out? Good for you to getting to grips with it...I'm struggling with time to get to know my machine.
I think the lace is meant to be the way you had it!

Haha, yes, I think it is from a template I found in the Cameo/ robo forum on here. I haven't had a lot of time to play either, that design has been sat on my screen for a week or two waiting for me to use it !
