This week's prompt could not be better for me as I have just taken delivery of a batch of new dies !

    Week 20:-

Cream marbled cardstock, flower shaped aperture lined with acetate, Garden shed image is one of Debbi Moore's. New dies = Hollyhocks and leaves, cut from glitter card and run through a Xyron. The dies are from Impression Obsession.

Thanks ladies! I am in a bit of a creative slump at the moment, so many nice things to play with, just lacking in ideas and that thrill of inspiration! I hope it passes soon.

Sarah love your navy card - really beautiful with the butterfly.

SilverTiger - those flower dies are really nice, and go so well with the aperture shape. Great!

What a gorgeous card SilverTiger, I love what you've done with the hollyhocks. Must say, the way you've edged those flower aperture cards is amazing, so neat.

I've just bought a couple of flower dies but the 'real' garden awaits as does hubby wanting me to start planting!!!:roll eyes: I do need to make an anniversary card so may use them for that.

Wonderful cards from everyone, I especially like that aperture Silver Tiger

I have been catching up again.... here is my week 18, using the colours from the photo. I decided to do two 'everyday' ones instead of a Christmas card.

Those are lovely, Wendy, what a beautiful font on the text!
I cut the aperture on my card using an XCuts die.

My version for week 20 .. The "inset" paper is from a new kit from Scrp Orchard, the stamp is an Indigo Blu freebie that came with a magazine, and the technique of cutting a "window" yet overlapping it is new to me, although already beautifully done not so far from here

That is a stunning card, new2this ! Do I detect a touch of the 'Barbara Gray' technique?
