Create & Craft TV
I purchased a silhouette portrait from create and craft TV on Monday, It arrived wednesday, but unfortunately I have to return it as it will not cut! I just wondered if anyone knows what the company are like with sending out replacements? I am eager to use my machine and am hoping it will be here by the end of next week.

I have never had a problem personally, but I know other people have. Is the courier collecting it from you? Make sure you keep a copy of any paperwork they ask you to sign.
Have they given you a date for the replacement? Fingers crossed it will be smooth for you.

Thanks pinkpig, they have emailed me a label and I have to take it to the post office tomorrow, They haven't mentioned a date for the new product to arrive. I thought it was great that I ordered it Monday last week and It arrived wednesday, so yes fingers crossed that they replace it soon. I have just read that I can get one sent out tomorrow if I call customer service, although I have to pay for the new one also and they refund me when they receive the faulty one! Not sure if this is a bit risky though!??

Iv just recently brought a Silhoutte Portrait
and love it ...i had to alter the blade setting as blade was
on zero
