Friday Oct 26th 10am - The Patchwork Papers by Suzysnail

This class is a fun way to use up scraps of patterned paper or 6” x 6” pads of paper. It adapts well known patchwork patterns into a layout design and cards. I spent an evening in front of the television punching out squares of many colours and cutting them in half to form triangles. Feel free to do the same in preparation for this class. Don’t worry about having too many, they can be used in many fun ways for other layouts and cards.

You could maybe cut strips of 1.75 inches with your trimmer and then cut them into squares? The squares measure 1.75 x 1.75 inches. I hope that helps.

Eek! It's live! I hope you all like the class and have fun. I'll be around today to answer any questions and will try and get on as much as possible over the next week. My son's going in for major surgery next Thursday so I'll be out of action for a while.

A fabulous class Suzy . . . I love the effect of the patchwork Its certainly got the cogs of creativity going for me and as I dont have a square punch either I think it will be a therapeutic task to sit and cut these on my trimmer
