first anniversary after the wedding

Hello everyone,
I have a very nice occasion to creat a card. My very good friend got married last year, and since I had a very important exam at that time I could not participate the wedding day What a shame! Soon she and her husband have their first anniversary and I really want to make something special for them. I know her for my whole life and she deserves something special.
Since I am quite new in card making, could you please give me some ideas or show me something you think could be appropriate for the occasion.
