Sorry Chris I don't know why it's doing that, maybe a call or email to Graphtec will shed some light on the problem

Unplug robo for 10 minutes and reboot your pc. That can solve some problems. Hope it helps.

Chris have you got your cutting mat centred as you load it into the robo?
What about re-booting, have you tried that, if not then up plug robo from the wall for 12 to 15 mins and then start it up again.
Have you tried copy and pasting to a new page?
Is it RoboMaster or Sil Studio software you are using.
If it is SS could it be anything to so with the settings?
Have you thought of phoning Graphtec for advice?
Can't think of anything else at the mo.
Grace I'm getting there, 1 step at a time

Sounds like the problem wasn't solved Doreen. If you've done everything on the other thread Chris, then maybe its time to give Graphtec a call.

its as if the robo isn't reading the file properly , like trying to cut an easter egg slice form and the eggs are not whole !

Have you tried cutting a shape such as an oval to see if it cut's ok, it could be the file that's the problem

You should try contacting GraphtecUK, I don't think America give a hoot unless you bought the machine from them, they don't make the machines. Brian might be able to take control of your PC and put it right.

As Lucille says, give Brian a call, it will be quicker than waiting for Graphtec and if he doesn't know then no-one will. This is graphtec's number 01978 666700.
