I think I've done it, managed to do a template!! I have cut it and it looks okay (but not assembled yet so just a screenshot) so comments would be appreciated (but please be gentle lol)
I've made backing sheets and an insert to match and hope that I have uploaded these correctly.

This 180 degree pop up card insert is decorated with line art flowers.
The two halves of the insert slot together on the butterfly's body and are stuck in position on the inside of the card. I have included the template for the card and topper in case they might be useful.
