Hi Ruth - a Journaling spot is usually a label or sticker where there is space to write something, doesn't need to have lines, but it could be a speach bubble, a label where you fill in the date/place/name, an index card, anything you could add text to.
Not posted here before but have looked and you all make brilliant cards so thought I would have a go to get some inspiration for all the family cards I make.
Well I managed the primary, and I cut the fish out by hand, so I am calling them my handmade embellishment He He!. I dont think I got the journalling spot right, but I enjoyed making the card and that's what it's all about.
Love the colours, Philthetog! Some great cards on here, people! So i'm already behind but after I've made my xmas thankyou cards I hope to catch up a bit... watch this space!
I am really enjoying doing this challenge every week. Here is this weeks effort. The Taddy Teddy is from the Me to You CD and coloured with Promarkers, the papers were free from a magazine, and the tag was a free stamp from a magazine as well! I haven't written anything on the journaling spot yet because I am not sure when I am going to use it.
It is amazing to see how we all interpret the same three prompts so differently.

So nu uploading for me then, please have a peek at my week 2 at my blog
you can upload to photobucket and paste the img code here. that's the easiest way for folk to share pictures especially if someone is viewing from their work and their work doesn't allow blogger (like mine )
or if you post maybe 8 more times you should be able to post links
Great cards everyone. Hope to have a go at this tomorrow.
Can anyone tell me why I am having trouble finding this thread? Every time I go into cardmaking challenges on the forums page I just get the threads for last years weekly challenges. Unless the last post in the challenges section was for this thread, it doesn't show up.
This years' doesnt seem to be in the "challenges" section. When you are on the main "cardmaking" page, scroll down below the sub-forum list, and it is in a separate thread on its own
