    rolling photo editing

    i know this question and has most likely been asked befroe but Please help i have done this weeks challenge took photo but cannot do anything wil i have got paint shop pro never been able to get onwith it.Had another phot editing thing but has gone since the computer got sick any ideas re a free editing software please help

    Picnik.com is one I use quite regularly and the basic editing and re-sizing is free. All on-line and no requirement to sign up either
