Don't be afraid - it's great to sell your stuff.

Talking of Moleskines - offer is now, while stocks last, on to celebrate the UKS Art Journey... runs until Midnight Friday (yawn... that's me having a late night working then...)

I've looked at too many amazing sketchbooks and journals online today - it was supposed to be inspiring but it's actually made me feel a bit depressed!

Me too! I've looked and looked and..... I've been catching up with the Jump Start videos- I found some more inspiring than others - but the main thing is that i can find 10001 ways to get inspiration- but I never get round to actually starting for myself. I liked Nat's idea of just timetabling yourself to sit down and get on with it- that appeals to me. So I'm signing off now to get messy.
    Hope you're feeling better Claudia.

Have fun Rosie! I got black paint all up my arm this afternoon having a quick play. Couldn't believe it got there as I only used a tiny amount. I swear it breeds when it's out of the tube!

I got my stash out to have a play this evening, went mad with a load of stamps and then decided to do some promarker colouring to make a page 'Rosie-style'. Back when letraset had a sale I bought a load of markers and then never used them. I coloured the stamps and decided the background needed to be blue, so I grabbed my powder blue, filled in some of the bigger area with the chisel tip, switched to the bullet tip to do the edges and was gutted to find it was completely dry! I've done my best to finish the edges with the chisel tip, but I'm not totally happy with it

Does anyone know if there's a way to revive it? I can't believe it's completely dry when it's never been used!

Sorry Jules I don't know really only thing i can think of is have you tried wiping it if one end is working it might be the colour has dried on the nib and if it cleaned off it may work.
I posted my latest AJ page on my blog this morning my first play with water colours and my first time colouring with distress inks. I seem to be learning something new every day makes me wonder did I originally know anything lol. Would love some feedback if anyone has time x

Crumbs Jules that doesn't sound right - I suppose you've done the obvious things like scribble madly to get the ink flowing? Have you been storing them upright, maybe you need to stand them pointy end down for a bit? I'd heard that you didn't need to do this with Promarkers but if one end works its obviously NOT run dry, so can't think of anything else.

Thanks both - I have tried cleaning the end and scribbling madly, but neither of those seemed to work. I store them horizontally, so I might try storing it pointy end down for a bit and see if that helps. I did think it was a bit odd that one end worked and not the other

Thanks for the inspiration by the way Rosie!
