I'm just getting into this and am already completely HOOKED (my first effort is on my blog here . My inspiration was Kate Crane from The Kathryn Wheel, but I'd love to be in touch with other people exploring this too - am thinking of booking on a workshop in October run by Artist Trading Post. I also understand there's a magazine - is it from Stampington - and would be keen to buy a couple of back issues, just to see if I like it.

Meggie - crap, sorry. I went back through all the posts and must have missed yours. I knew that there was someone else and searched and searched. Think I had post blindness. Really really sorry. I'll add you to the reserve list should someone drop out before posting starts in January. I feel so bad now, I really am sorry.

Mollymoo - cool, did you have fun doing it?

I was wondering that too. How about two groups of 8. That way we'll get them back sooner!

Vicki, if you don't want to host two groups, I'll host one.

CJ's are for 10 - them's the UKS rules, and there are a lot of people on the "looking for a CJ to join" thread who have missed out on this one. Netty has posted today asking if anyone else wants to host one. I really don't have the time to run two CJ's next year, maybe later in the year, but not before about March time.

Thanks for adding me to the reserve list, but seriously don't worry, it was just a mistake

That would be great Berenice, my friend is keen to play along and if short I'll do both groups and help out if needed

I think it's all in hand Juliewan on the CJ thread. So I shall just stick with the one that Vicki is hosting.

Meggie have a look on this thread: http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/boards/...308689&page=16

Do any of you use alpahbet stamps on your journaling? I do but most of them are really large. I want some that are about a size 12 or 14 font. Any reccommendations please?

I have a very useful set of magnetic ones from Making Memories that are about that size. They're years old tho so not sure they're even still available to buy..

Bernice if you have a Range near you, they often have little sets of alpha stamps for 1.99. I have a few sets from there and really love them. I saw some in there last week ... I could pick you up a couple if you don't have one near you next time I'm in there (not sure when that will be though ...)

Thank you for the offer SuzieR. I thought I'd try Google and found some on the well known auction site @ 3.99 and then found the exact things on another website (non sponsor) for 1.49 so ordered 2 different sets.
