Zodiac Cards and Toppers

Hi everyone,

this is only my second time having a go at a monthly challange, so be kind. lol

this has 6 layers and each needs to be cut on a different piece of paper...its quite large too....

Layer Colour
1 Black
2 Yellow
3 Green
4 Purple
5 Orange
6 Pink

Cut them out and stick them together and you get this.....

Been having some computer issues over the past couple of weeks, so I haven't been able to do much.

Here's my offering, drawn from scratch in KNK and cut from irridescent paper/card.

Thank you for your aquarious challenge Ann it gave me an idea for a friends birthday card, she's a keen astrologist so I thought she would love this zodiac wheel. It would also make a card for a new born baby, I've left a gap for date of birth etc.

This is my Leo Mechanical Card A2 as a Studio file.

The gsd was 3mg, another reason to use Studio -takes up less room.

I thought this was a difficult challenge - so I took the easy route.

I found this sitehttp://www.handwork.org/tag/chinese-zodiac that has all the zodiac
signs in papercut free for crafters to use. They are a piece of cake to take
into Studio and trace.

The font I used is Chinese.

I haven't cut this yet but wanted to get the link in here so others might
try and use them.

I chose the the goat because I am a capricorn - Responsible, Patient, Ambitious, Resourceful and Loyal!

I've started with Cancer as it is my nephews birthday next week.
Cuts fine, I've used white card and pearl 160g paper for the top sleeve.
Unfortunately I didn't put it to gether very straight!!! so won't be using this one!

I've been lurking here for a few months and decided to have a go at the July challenge. I created this as a print and cut so you could print out the sentiment... the fish however, are cut out. (In other words the only part that prints are the words) Of course, you could use it as just a cut file if you do not want the sentiment to print... I hope this makes sense to someone other than me

The fish are a free digbat (ge_zodiac) and the font is a free font (ck_alis_hand_offical)
