Print and Cut problem in v1.9.0 solved

It's all very odd isn't it? There was no mention of uninstalling the previous version in my email so I just installed the 1.9.1 over the top of the existing one and everything seems fine!

Support asked me to do a test P&C and yes and report back to them and yes I was able to do Ruth, it was much better (no white edges) in 1.9.1 than in 1.9

Ellen - Sorry to state the obvious, but have you chosen your "printer" for printing.

I am sure I chose the printer as it ran through a blank piece of paper, and I checked that the line had a thickness.

me too.then i got an email from silhouette with a link to the download,but i can't print with either of them.so its back to version1.9.0 till they sort it out
feel a bit miffed that i can't use the later version

I had the same result initially, but I increased the line width and the image printed.

I've downloaded 1.9.1 and I can print with it but I still get the white edge on the left hand side

Open the Line Style window it's in there.

Ellen in my screen shot if click in the blue box you can change the line thickness in the red box on the right, let us know if it works for you

just tried that,but it still wont print.i sent the error message to support,but they just gave me a link to version 1.9.1 ,which is the one i am having the problem with

I'm thinking that if it was just a problem with the line thickness there would not be an automatically generated error report.
