If anyone is looking for a cheaper alternative to Moleskine we were given a Seawhuite journal at Annaliese's class. I'm impressed - like the paper, the pages are a bit bigger than the moleskine and the quality is good.

Right - started my AJ Smash Week In the Life project for this year. Prepared some pages today ready to write on. I've blogged the first couple. Hope to get some more done tonight after the kids have gone to bed.

Oo sorry, completely forgot that I had posted on this thread so didn't come back and check. I can drive but my OH and I only have one car between us. It is an old classic which he won't let anyone but the MOT man drive (and then grudgingly) so if I want to go anywhere I have to get a lift, hire a car or go by public transport. The train to harrogate doesn't take very long at all and it is no hassle getting to the train station really.

Nice but bet thats a pain especially in winter. There is a station a 5 minute walk from AFTH its just next to the travel lodge people stay at for the classes.

Still not made any journal pages, but then I have been rather busy ... hope my motivation comes back SOON as I really miss it! Maybe next week if things quieten down a bit?

In the meantime I did post a page on my blog which I made before we went ... which might just possible strike a chord with some of you?

Yep the Harrogate station is really near to AFTH I clocked the location the last time I visited AFTH - my friend was driving

Can be a nightmare in winter but I can't drive to work because I don't have a parking permit - I live too close to work (<5miles) to qualify for one. Things are very restricted because it is a city centre location. In York the bus network is actually really good and everything is within walking distance from my house really. There is a morrison's near by if I need to pick something up and the OH and I drive out to a big supermarket together once a fortnight. Really isn't as bad as it sounds

Have you had a look on the scrapbook inspiration 52Q thread? Might be a question on there that gets the mojo juices running again!

Rosie - and any one else thats interested! this blog has some interesting prompts http://www.journalfodderjunkies.blogspot.com/ its from the authors of journal fodder junkies, I like the current one on inner connections.

I love your pages though Rosie and I am sure inspiration will strike soon.

I am going to one of Dinas days the star journal (13th oct) that she did last time she was here, thats all I can fit in time wise - looking forward to it , I know some of you have done it already.
