as you can see cut very well on my machine only too a few moments
I used 160gm paper/card
font ariel rounded
You need to push up the middle i.e. the top and bottom dashed lines should be valley folds and the centre on is a mountain fold, make sure the centre fold is in line with the fold of the card.
Made from my own design using Illustrator -the font I used is called Coolsville. I used thin card for the letters and the flowers and thickish for the base (sorry I don't know the exact weights).

My Daughter is having a big operation today, so I made her get well card using this and the text from Emerald. Someone may find it useful. I'll post the card when my camera is charged again. Done in RM 5.1 and put thru Brians Converter. I cut the blue lines on white card to do it as a paper piecing.
Been away in the UK for a couple of weeks so haven't looked in on UKS very much.
I got back on Friday and needed to make a card for a friend who had a cycling accident. Body versus road, unfortunately the road won and he has a broken femur.
The bike is very delicate and some patience is needed with weeding, also don't use heavy card, I cut it from 120gsm irridescent paper.
Made this for my friend as she is not well at the moment. Not cut yet though, Thought i would share as it has been a while since i last posted a template.
Having had the dreaded flu over the holidays - I decided (after consultation with Lucille - thanks!) that the January challenge should be something around 'Get well Soon'. The template section has a few templates - but I am sure we can fill it with wonderful cards, toppers, verses and scrapbook titles!
I have started the ball rolling with a Get Well Flower Basket - which I have made into an easel card with a standard 'Get Well Soon' message.
Hope you enjoy - and that you won't be needing the templates too soon!
Thank you in advance - this is my first challenge and only my second template!
Sorry about the photo, yellow probably wasn't the best colour to use. The card template and the text (Lucida Calligraphy) are included but the topper isn't although there should be at least one in the template section. Obviously if you use the card file you can decorate it how you wish
Wonderful designs so far ladies, thank you so much for sharing them, and thank you to Julia for setting the challenge this month.
Here is my entry, a horizontal 'Z' fold card cut on double sided cardstock. I used sticky foam pads behind the front fold to hold it in place. Hope it might be useful.
The font used is Forte, I have done all of this in RoboMaster, hope you like it.
the bottle of medicine was a tube of glue in a former life, and the spoon was a bat, also in a former life.
I have added another pic, neither of them are very good, I used the camera on my phone, because I don't need to resize it, mmmmm lazy aren't I
