    Blade Draggin on Media

    Hello everyone!
I have a Craft Robo that is dragging the blade even when it's in the raised position. This makes it scratch the media all over.

I use it very frequently for the exact same type of media. When I used just a few days ago it worked fine.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

    Are you using Graphtec blades?

Good though! I am not. It's a third party one that has been working better that the Graphtec one but I'll find my genuine one and see if it has the same problem.

Okay, I tried the Graphtec blade and I think it's dragging less but it's dragging enough to make the media un-usable.

If you have been using a blade not recommended by Graphtec the damage such a blade might do could be too late to undo. Most third party blades I've seen have a metal housing and would too heavy for the machine motor to push around on a regular basis, so to now revert to using the Graphec blade wouldn't undo that damage.

You could contact Graphtec tomorrow if no one else has any suggestions and see what they say, sorry I don't know the phone number but I'm sure it will be on their site.

I've been using the genuine housing, just not the actual blade.

Thank you so much for you help!
If there's no other suggestions then I'll give them a call although in the past they've been no help at all
