cuttlebug dies

hi there my daughter was using my cuttlebug and she forgot to put the 2nd b plate on top instead she put it underneath. now the dies wont cut what should i do or is the die ruined. can anyone help?

I've never had this happen with my Cuttlebug; so wouldn't like to say but there is a Cuttlebug Social group here and I'm sure someone there would know the answer.
