Laser Printer recomendations

Not sure if this is the right place to post this query but here goes.
I am thinking of buying a foil it machine and know this has to be used in conjunction with a laser printer.
My query is I use quite a lot of pearlised card and card that is quite dense 250-300 gsm in my card making. Does anyone know of a mono laser printer that will take this thinkness of card also because most of these laser printers are not top feed will my card be bent out of shape as with bottom feed printers it will need to travel round the rollers.
Hope all of the above makes sense any feedback is much appreciated.
