the craft room..help

i have had this piece of equipment for around a year but..............every time i get it out i find it difficult top work with the cutter moves around so wont cut straight and the embossings not brilliant just wondered if anyone had any ideas what im doing wrong or if anyone else had any problems

I sold mine on the auction site cos it didn't work for me (i felt the same thing about it), good luck tho
