magic picture card?

does anyone know how to make a card that I have seen which has a coloured picture on the front, you pull a tab at the top and the coloured pictured disapears as you pull the tab up and it changes to an uncoloured picture as it appears out of the top of the card. Not sure what it is called, have tried all sorts of names but not found anything so any help would be much appreciated.
