    Exclamation ** Card a Day challenge: March 12th - March 18th **

Brrr... it looks like such a yucky start to the weekend in these parts, March winds and April showers are here for sure, but maybe that's a good excuse for staying inside and making cards.

Anyway, here are this week's prompts - remember you can use any of the inspiration they provide - whether it's the prompt title or the elements or just the fact you're making a card!

Fri 12th - "Smile Crocodile" - Inspiration: Striped paper, earth tones/muted colours, white-on-black greeting, patterned paper background.

Sat 13th - "Where There is Great Love" - Inspiration: Yellow/blue/red, quote, distressed look, tree stamps.

Sun 14th - "Sweetie Pi" - Inspiration: Monogram, graph paper, stitched border, felt, Thickers.

Mon 15th - "Lucky" - Inspiration: Monochromatic colour scheme, rub-on alphabet, crown.

Tue 16th - "Lucky Friend" - Inspiration: Three colours, vintage font, labels.

Wed 17th - "Shamrock" - Inspiration: Glitter galore, spotty ribbon, circle, kraft.

Thu 18th - "Happy Everything" - Inspiration: Bright colours, retro papers, circular greeting, square card, flower button.

    Happy creating!

    About this challenge
Every Friday I will be posting prompts based on card designs that appear in the "Card a Day" 2010 idea book from Papercrafts.

This is a stress-free challenge as you just take what inspiration you want from the prompts to create as many or as few cards a week as you are happy with.

How you interpret the prompts is up to you, you can use the title, elements, or none of the above as a springboard to your own ideas. And you can try to incorporate the elements in cards for other challenges.

Just share what you make in the dedicated weekly thread.

You can find previous prompts in Challenges and Inspiration and post your cards to the relevant threads any time - there are no deadlines!

Fab card Leo, bet your mum will love it. The fabric flowers are super lush, and the sentiment perfect.

Thanks Nat -I just love the Nutmeg line and have bought the whole set of papers!
I took the cards I've made so far following these prompts into my local Cancer Research shop today and picked up a pile of bags to make some more, so will be trying out as many of the prompts as I have time for.
