Just a reminder that the November challenge has been posted in the template section and this month is very easy and an excellent chance for newbies who have served their 30 days to try out their skills with Robo Master and join in, you can make ANYTHING as long as you use Weld and Offset path.

So come on lets see some new names posting in the challenges, it isn't a private club it's open to everyone.

Why can't Robolite owners make their own designs? If they have RoboMaster they can make their own designs.

sorry, but I thought you needed print and cut to make designs, and Robolite doesn't have the optical eye doodah. I wouldn't know where to start to do anything xx

No you don't need Print and Cut, if you look at the files in the template section they are very few print and cut, all these files have been created in various vector software eg RoboMaster, Design Master, Inkscape etc.

Oh I see, well no I don't, will have to have my machine a bit longer and get a bit more experience for all that! Only place I know I have vector is in psp!!

Well we have tons of free tutorials on here, all the help you can shake a stick at and you have RoboMaster that comes with the machine and Inkscape is free so you can get started any time, this months challenge would be the perfect starting point

Robomaster is the software that came with your Robo

It's a easy mistake to make.

oh! duh!! I thought Lucille was talking about the machine!!
I went and checked Inkscape yesterday, and there was a message saying they weren't uploading the new version????? until they had got rid of the bugs!!
I googled it btw x
