    hey folks,
there seems to be a little bit of an owl obsession going on with oiur subbies at Cleo Crafts. i finally succumbed to this obession and fell in love with the little fellas myself. Our kit contains some nice strokable felt to make your owl a wee bit furry, but obviouly the furriness is optional!

Yes, it was quite huge Unfortunately I was trying to reduce and re-load the image from an ancient iBook (what I had access to when I logged in to check and move yesterday's book to the HomePage archive so people could still get to it) and it took, I swear, about 40 minutes to download the huge image, reduce it in size, re-upload it, realize I re-uploaded a 2nd copy of the huge one, delete it, then upload the smaller one. You may still see Monster Owl if your ISP isn't one that updates cache frequently thru the day, but just bypass him and download the PDF where there is a smaller image, a template, and the instructions. It's such a cute little project, don't let the Attack of the 50-foot Owl image put you off

I am sure to, but I will have to save it for later as I went and hurt my wrist yesterday and now can't scrap!

(((hugs))) Annette - hope wrist is better soon...can't imagine you not crafting.

Had to laugh when I saw the first post to this thread as I had already printed off the PDF and couldn't understand what was 'big' about the poor little owl

Well, it was HUMUNGOUS... honest it was!! I'm viewing on a 19" monitor and only half the owl was visible when it finally downloaded!!

I have so much stuff that needs doing, 4 commissioned books and 10 double page LO's for a swap... so it better get better quick!! I can still type and eat though.... so the end of the world hasn't quite happened yet!!

Glad you can still type Annette - a mini-book event without you around...unheard of

Tara, the owl is lovely and it will get done although not much time for scrapping this week as I'm working (might have to think about a couple of days off otherwise I'll be all behind with my crafting )
